Perbaikan mesin cnc milling. Problem pergerakan x axis oblak dalam arti incorect sehingga hasil kerja mempunyai deviasi ukuran yang sangat besar untuk x axis. Selain itu pada saat oblak servo motor tersendan dan sering kali mati. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini dilakukan berbagai tindakan antara lain : 1. Analisa penyebab 2. Penanggulangan dan penyetelan shim 3. Penyetelan as dan bushing 4. Cek dan perbaikan parameter servo drive 5. Penyetelan sensor. Dari hasil penanggulangan tersebut , mesin dapat beroperasi normal, namun masih ada penyimpangan sedikit sebesar 0,05 mikron. Hal ini di sebabkan karena shim dan bushing sudah kondisi aus. Kami sudah menyarankan ke end user untuk segera melakukan penggantian part tersebut, jika mesin ingin 0,0 mikron.
